What this site is

This site gives information about Duskwatch, an app in development. The app is not available yet.

What we describe here are plans. Features, design and timing may change before release, and some may not ship.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free. It creates no obligation for you or for us. You can leave at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email.

We do not guarantee that the app will launch, or when, which features it will have, or what it will cost. We may close the waitlist or remove an entry, for example if it was added by someone who does not own the address.

Survey prices are research questions

The survey asks what you would pay at a given price. These prices are research questions, not offers. Answering does not commit you to anything, and it does not reserve a price. Any prices will be set at launch and shown in the App Store.

Acceptable use

• Sign up only with an email address you own or are allowed to use.
• Do not sign up with scripts, bots or other automated means.
• Do not try to overload, disrupt or break into the site or the signup function.
• Do not use the site for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The text, design, name and logo on this site belong to Nano Soft or its licensors. You may link to the site and share it. For any other use, please ask us first.

Duskwatch is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DigitalOcean. DigitalOcean is a trademark of DigitalOcean, LLC.

Other product and company names on this site may be trademarks of their owners.

Liability

We provide this site for information, as it is. We try to keep it accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or always available.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from using the site or joining the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Romania (to be confirmed). If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version. If you stay on the waitlist after a change, the new terms apply from then on.
