How the subscription works
- Free trial
- New subscribers get 7 days of Duskwatch Pro free, on either plan. It starts when you subscribe in the app, once Duskwatch is on the App Store.
- Reminder
- When the trial starts, the app offers a reminder 2 days before it ends. Your iPhone sends it; nothing goes to our server.
- Payment
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm, or when the free trial ends. Apple handles payment, and we never see your card or Apple Account details.
- Renewal
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancel
- Manage or cancel it any time in your Apple Account settings: on your iPhone, Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions.
- Currency
- Prices on this page are US prices. The App Store shows the price in your currency before you buy.
- Restore purchases
- Duskwatch Pro belongs to your Apple Account. On a new iPhone or after a reinstall, tap Restore purchases on the Pro screen or in Settings.
- If Pro ends
- Alerts pause, and your alert setup is kept for 30 days so renewing turns them back on. You get a notice 7 days before it is deleted.

What is free?
The dashboard, metrics and logs, billing and DigitalOcean status, widgets, findings and search, following a DigitalOcean incident on your Lock Screen, and copying IPs and opening SSH, for one team. The free plan needs no subscription and has no time limit.
Do push alerts need Pro?
Yes. Every push alert is part of Duskwatch Pro, with 30 days of alert history and the alert settings: rules, quiet hours, repeat, "I'm on it" and snooze. On the free plan, the app still shows what needs attention when you open it.
How does the free trial work?
New subscribers get 7 days of Duskwatch Pro free, on the monthly or the yearly plan. When the trial starts, you can ask for a reminder 2 days before it ends. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the plan you chose starts and your Apple Account is charged. The trial starts once Duskwatch is on the App Store.
How do I cancel?
In your Apple Account settings: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends and you keep Duskwatch Pro until it ends. Apple handles payment, and we never see your card.
Is there a lifetime plan?
No. Duskwatch Pro is a subscription, monthly or yearly. There is no lifetime purchase.
Do I pay per team?
No. One Duskwatch Pro subscription covers every DigitalOcean team you add to Duskwatch. The free plan works with one team.
Does the free plan send data to your server?
No data about you or your account: what the app reads from your account goes only between your iPhone and DigitalOcean, and it has no analytics or tracking SDKs. If you follow a DigitalOcean incident on your Lock Screen, the app asks our server for the public broadcast channels of open DigitalOcean incidents and picks the one you follow, so the server never learns which one it is; the request carries no identifier and we store nothing. Our server gets a separate, read-only permission only when you turn on alerts, which are part of Duskwatch Pro.
